Of chocolate and toffee
Just thought I would leave a short blog, since it has been rather neglected.
Guess what? I tried making chocolate toffee bar! And I think I passed my own standard lah... Hee. So gonna let my history classmates be the judge. Hope this humble toffee bar finds favour in them! Hee. It doesn't look too pretty but I guess what you just pop into your mouth doesn't need to look too pretty? Not like something big on your plate which you have to look at for the rest of your meal and feel happy cos it smells good and it looks yummy?
Next one will be mashed sweet potato with maple syrup before the ultimate pumkin pie! Heh. Then I would have satisfied my current cravings... to cook and to eat.
And I smell of toffee now. So I am gonna shower and smell of dettol.

HAH! Someone insulted my sandwiches... and then used the weather as an excuse! HMPH!
Hee. But for the rest of us... we can have nice steamboat and yu-sheng for CNY. =)
(But I feel like cooking stuff other than CNY steamboat... like roast chicken, BBQ ribs, mushroom soup...k, I'm in hungry mode if you can't tell yet! Hee.)

Yum yum to steamboat AND dishes!! (I'm in hungry mode too. Heh.) Actually maybe dishes might be better else someone's shirt might turn two toned again halfway through steamboat...
Oh wait, does this mean you're going to invite us to your place for CNY? Heh sorry I'm quite dense one, need things to be in black and white ;)
